agility, noun

ability to detect environmental change and to respond efficiently and effectively to that change

Example: Our experience shows that business wants that separate requests for change be implemented quickly in existing systems. These changes are typically small and unpredictable. Such agility is demanded by modern business.

Remark: Agile software development is different from development of an agile system.
